I did not buy because of your information Insider, but think it is justifiable that you explain your reasons for possible selling, given you never retracted your 50 cent target for mid year.
Maybe your are in down ramping mode. Why tell people you are thinking of selling but still hold atm, when the price may retrace further on your 'declaration'.
I think there are enough positive reasons to hold/buy more shares. Options covering is a valid reason for low price.
