Thank you Vaulknut.
I just hung up the phone after a really encouraging chat with them.
This is certainly a storm in a tea cup from my point of view and the less air time we give it the better.
During my chat the issue was not brushed off and not treated as trivial - quite the opposite. There is only so much that one can do before realising that a pest is a pest and nothing can change their MO. Hence that pest should be ignored and left to the courts.
In my researched opinion, investors should feel adequately assured that the company is very much on top of this matter already and in my opinion calling them will only hold them up from pressing forward, toward addressing more important activities.
Of course people should do whatever they are compelled to do, but every minute that they are tied up with placating trivial misdemeanours that are served up to shareholders by serial troublemakers, the less time they have to continue with continuing to achieve their goals.
