Do you have any actual (not anecdotal) evidence that the damage is caused by human interaction?
And what have you been doing to monitor the site to determine what the cause of damage actually is? If the species is important and your group have been trying to protect it for 10 years why haven’t you had scientist on the ground monitoring and doing surveillance?
As I mentioned in my first post here about the YouTube video that states that the area has been increasingly dry and and animals are desperately seeking any form of moisture. Given the natural environmental impacts occurring so you believe that the species wouldn’t become naturally extinct in the next 5 to 10 years?
