You're right showstring, Buddy's share price is pricing in a certain degree of future success. However, at this point it seems highly unlikely that Ohm sales will not progress at a rapid rate given the ridiculous amount of interest the product has had globally, the early success of the product in reducing energy usage (and positive customer feedback) and given the initial 1,000 inventory selling out in record time and the recent order of another 4,000 units.
If we finalise and sign up with Telstra and ink the global distribution agreement (both very likely to occur IMO) then you can bet your bottom dollar we will be getting a lot more Ohm orders. Now just assume in 12-24 months we've got 10k-15k ohm units sold and operational (potentially a lot higher IMO) and do the math on those numbers. Throw in some additional revenue (~$10m p.a.) from alternative data sales and it's hard to see us not experiencing a significant re-rate from these levels.
Alternatively you can wait until we're clocking a lot of these revenues under which circumstances you would be entering at a much higher SP. This is the beauty of the speculative/small cap end of the ASX.
