Don’t know about you guys but when I hear imminent, I am thinking days, weeks at a stretch and definitely not months. It has to be to justify rush CR, otherwise what was the point. This is not a rant against BUD just my dislike (imho no research done on my part to justify this view....but will do some later next year) private CR at significant discount when SH and mgmt truly believe (and I do) the company is sitting on gold. So as a LTH the monster is not about SP but more a justification for rush CR. I know Telstra Ann was a side effect of this and BUD would not have announced otherwise so that's why I said before I am relaxed if Telstra does not happen soon. Of course if Monster come next year that’s fine with me if we can a sense from the announcement about the reason for the CR.
