It wouldn't be the first time a share price has corrected on info not known to the market for very good reasons, so caution is warranted.

I personally don't feel that's the case with BUD but feelings count for little in the market from my (limited) experience except for one 'feeling' - sentiment. If the sentiment turns then the share price turns with it regardless of any fundamentals.

Many smarter investors than me have opined that the only thing that matters is price action.
