having been to HK several times for biz - id just about guarantee sales there. massive electricity use on lighting (its nearly always overcast) and air con (always humid) and often now polluted (ty china)
but most critically - there's little vacant land so all the buildings go to the sky - meaning endless high density high value corporates for whom a Bud unit would be peanuts vs the potential on a 10% power saving,
just watch out for the triads dave. dont want to hear about them chopping off the ceo's hand to get a bud unit,
something an old colleagues of mine said she once saw when they were stealing a handbag from someone
not sure if its urban myth to this day. but id always keep my watch out of sight
