One notable use of the word guidance I found at a quick glance was from the shareholder letter  8 Jan 2018, p.6:

"...we continue to stand by our guidance that we expect the business to become profitable in calendar year 2019."

Now that's half a year old and the aggregated data business has since been put on hold. I guess we each have to make up our own mind whether Ohm is going sufficiently well to make up for this.

Personally I don't quite agree with the make or break take on the upcoming quarterly, but it's certainly been talked up to the point that this will now be a self-fulfilling prophecy, so we'd better see some material Ohm revenue show up in this. Again, we have to decide what we will accept as material, but some reasonable figures have been put forward by GB and others.
