I wouldn't say 'competition' but similar products already exist however they are that irrelevant that it shouldn't be mentioned... The products out there cost in the 100's of thousands of dollars to the company for installation and upkeep... They are also big, bulky, hard to install and difficult to read... The data they process is mainly electricity... Whereas Ohm monitors just about everything of value, it's easy to install, only cost the company $12,000 per year and saves the company 100s of thousands of dollars a year... It's like comparing apples and oranges imo... Buddy is primed to get nearly all market share, just like apple did when they first manufactured the ipod...
