definitely occurs - market makers algos have to 'reload'
stock is well above its bollinger high range (29c) so likely to be a lot of computer churn at those higher prices.
get a soft nasdaq close in US tonight as it'd likely be back below 30c tomorrow - market maker programs sell above bollinger
