It was the ASX making a fuss over it, it's common knowledge that the ASX has one person managing per 50-60 stocks. When you've got at best; 45 people (~2200 floated companies). If you account for people getting specific sectors, it's easy to see how someone could have landed with all GSW, BID and BUD, along with many others in the tech startup scene, which leads to this "better safe than sorry situation". If they didn't blanket check all of them, and another GSW situatiom was unfolding, the ASX would have looked like a royal fool.

Only a few people were hoping the time was due to an announcement, but whem the 32 page response came out, we understood why it would have taken so long.
