Based on the activity this morning I would say 1.5x max. ... The Open was subdued (more subdued that even I thought...!) but looks like we have settled 17.5-18c range for some range trading and I suspect this is where we will sit (give or take a tick or two) until we approach market close... At which time I would expect a pickup in activity.

Why Subdued ? Hmmm tough one... but Launching in Xmas hols is a part of it. Also I think that the actual relist date moved around a bit so I suspect many are still unaware that it has even relisted... I was uncertain when it was and I was looking for it every day.

So why a pick up in activity into the close ... Well now that it "is" listed it will come up on the radar of the "End of Day" traders (ie, new ticker with rally to 21c today)... End of day traders are those that for various reasons (usually working full time) do their stock research in the evening. So we will have a new batch of eager buyers tomorrow I suspect... I also notice the total Buyers now outnumber total sellers on queue nearly 2:1 and are growing slowly ... this was not the case at open.

Of course all this will change if an announcement is released ... I suspect mgmt. may have news of events that occurred when they were in suspension that they are wanting or obliged to publish shortly.

Not quite how you predicted the day would go,
but doesn't mean it wont hit 21c soon.
I'm not sure that this onslaught of selling will keep going for long, before an ann of some sort will be released. But selling now would IMO be the only thing foolish thing to do, or not picking up more would be a shame as well, say in six months from now.

Lets see if the next trading day will work out 5c better for you, or not.
I know what i'll be doing , right or wrong.
