I personally think @Freehold makes some excellent comments here. I don't agree with everything he says, but I also hate how "cheerleader" HC gets hoping their (generally long) positions perform.

Key takeout for me is 'consider the market cap, not the share price". You can't value this by any fundamental metrics so how are we best to understand what this one is worth?

On the flip side, this has been in essential halt for a month now so my interest would be whether there's any news flow coming. I'd be surprised if this launches with nothing more than "BUD is now trading".
