Market would have turned after poor qtrly and we may be at 7-8 cents or lower imo. But he timed LiFX news to perfection and hence stopped that bloodbath.
My point being, with LiFX coming on board, I see 9-10 cents as fair value (even with dilution) as it does have proven growth trajectory and hence market won't turn to earnings credentials just now.
On the contrary, I think once this deal is cemented, we will see mid to high teens as new base until some big announcement. But yes, if OHM take up continue to disappoint then we will be in downward spiral again.
