sure its a fair view. market mechanics wise its setup to get to about 12-14c
they target 8c for the raise so they are set deep - get any short term raise participants out at 9-10c (some funds who provide liquidity to raises only hold for 24 hrs) - then push it above 10c where the 0.5c increments make it easy to initially shift it higher
the voting machine ammo i would think is with the long side. they;ve already killed most of the natural sellers.
the weighing machine will depend - looks a highly dubious deal to me and amazes me you are sanguine about this obvious attempt to sweep Ohm's crippled body under the carpet
but i think its definitely a good trading stock atm
