NPAT, loss all this old style fundamentals... these days the script in fashion is the one which can bring more news and on growth path. bringing more revenue and not profit... or in other words having surplus or reserve in balance sheet at end.

fact of the matter is... LIFX and Buddy compelling each other.. LIFX making Buddy installation easy.. and Buddy making LIFX more meaningful. there is savings for Customer also because of this bundle. can sell Buddy ohm to already installed LIFX site as plug n play... there are huge benefit..

if sophisticated SH and institutional SH seen profit in this venture.. even after buying big Chunk at .23 C existing institution investor are still investing.. they have more transparent view of company at this stage. all LIFX investor may also have good clear view on this acquisition.. in long run we can see more benefit.
