Same in the hotel space. LiFX does not require this and so is an immediate saving on the competitors. Add to this LIFX's advantage over the competitors, the infra red functionality and an ability of the light bulb to control the air conditioning units and TV, places LiFX in the perfect spot for a move into that space. Tim also spoke in the webinar of pending a commercial light launch. Effectively a hotel is a series of residential apartments, where the resident doesn't pay for the power consumption!! So they tend not to care! How ideal is it for a hotel owner to install a light bulb that can determine if the room is occupied or not, and if not, adjust down or switch off the air conditioning that is running and wasting power and money. BTW, it can also switch the TV and the lighting off too. And because of the infra red functionality, turn everything back on again when someone re-enters the room.

Can't be underestimated the ability to scale up all of those micro savings per room, you could even apply some intelligence to the building HVAC and shut down entire unused floors as well as HWS where they use storage, hotels, motels even Stays and AIRBNB properties may look at a cheap system
