    I hadn't considered that Teichmaster. If that is the case I am happy to recant from my previous stance.

    What you may be saying is that the clients are actually further committed than merely in discussion i.e. they are in due diligence or in a "subject to" offer to purchase. I can understand if that is the case then the company is at liberty to divulge it to the market.
