there really hasnt been what id call selling pressure
but traders are gaming the stock for newsflow of that big deal - stock built order flow wed/thurs then pushed up on friday because company has a habit of friday after close/monday before open announcements
same traders sell out this morning when no news
expect rinse and repeat until news breaks - lows on tues - wed repositioning etc
there really hasnt been what id call selling pressure but...
