Yes, they have had an entire month to prepare this document and to wait this long to put it out seems ridiculous. The sales for this 4c closed at the end of June. I understand that this is a good opportunity to write a great cover letter to update the market and give us some insight into future revenue and deals, surely they new all of this a week ago. On the other hand, they may have signed a massive new deal today and they are adding this to the update and looking for wording that won't trigger another aware letter.
