Can anyone shed more light on the "Signed contracts of a record A$22.7M"?

I see those were mentioned in both the July 4c and presentation, but can't see any reference earlier.
I also couldn't see any time frame.

It seems a little strange for a company which has just launched a product to have such a huge committed minimum contract. So just trying to get some more details and understanding.
