In respect of the Digicel deal, all the tourist resorts/hotels have OHM being rolled out. However in most cases it is just in one area of the building eg. Dining area. The next phase is to roll it out to the pool area as an example. This requires additional OHM, clips etc and so it goes. Each further $$ being added to the pie.
On my earlier comment about Dave's holding he did say at some point down the track possibly later this year he will need to sell some units purely for tax reasons so don't panic!!
A number of new fund managers have been buying. Hong Kong based funds in particular.
Focus is very much on Smart Cities right now.
