    The CEO’s salary is determined by the Board (in the case of a public company) and can be challenged by the shareholders every year. All CEO’s are responsible for ALL of the conduct of the company.

    If the bus driver is disaffected with his salary he can do all that is needed to become a CEO.

    It’s a fairly easy concept to understand
