So capitalism uses potentially negative human behaviour to the benefit of all, ie providing goods and services and surplus for safety net.

The West in general are turning more and more socialist as they are importing a lot of people of which a large proportion want to be looked after instead of wanting to work hard to provide for themselves, and the left are using this for political power.
