    Just a couple of niggly bits for me (which I may have misheard so just putting it out there)
    When questioned about marketing a while back we were told that if you own a building you would know about Buddy. So was surprised to hear that Pulteney sought out Buddy by doing their own research, not the other way around. Also that Thor is Airstream, Airstream is Thor...meaning we were never dealing with the parent company only a subsidiary.
