There are dime a dozen solution out there.  

The key differentiation as I can see is Works with OHM and as you put it user apt tweaking and client savvy.  140+ odd competitor Dave mentioned are on mark.  He is also correct in saying majority have offerings specific to the market segment. e.g. some offer water monitoring and may be only targeting sewage monitoring or some other specific asset monitoring such as refrigeration or humidity monitoring.

Many out there don't have the ability to scale, desire or resources to meet entire eco-system monitoring  such as BUD trying.  His global vision is the reason I initially attracted to BUD when they launched OHM.

However, this cuts both ways though.  Some may be just happy to monitor specific asset types only and not necessarily keen on monthly spend of tracking.  But this is where his decoupling or package offerings comes in play.

Traction is building nicely albeit slower than many of us expected.  Next 6 months will be make or break for this investment.
