I’ve registered for the event and plan to go.
I have a hunch that they might launch a new product or service, otherwise why go to all the effort of a special event in Sydney? They only recently did an investor webinar.
That photo by DM in Shanghai a few weeks ago may have been a clue. Are they manufacturing a new device there? I remember a similar photo DM took in Taiwan this time last year; that’s where they make the Ohm.
Also, as the new product development guy replacing Habib came across from Skype, maybe the next new product is in the Smart Cities space and is not just about raw number data but also uses video and audio input. I dunno, just guessing...
