Imo, that is not always right - in some/many cases, the required meter accuracy is not met by Ohm. In which case, those other systems must be kept, especially where those other systems are part of a building/machine control system.
BUT, where Ohm shines, is that it can piggy-back to record what the other systems are measuring, and display it in real time to improve what the key expert personnel need to see, as well as in a format which you and I and every employee if desired, could read and understand.
