A point you touched on and a point that could indeed bring OHM unstuck is accuracy. I can't recall accuracy being mentioned prior to yesterday's event. Is there anywhere that states what the measurement accuracy is for an OHM device ? / accuracy drift between electricity / water / steam / gas etc. For those tech experts what is an acceptable level of accuracy ? How much would a building's ageing infrastructure effect the accuracy of the OHM measurement ? Considering we are in the early stages of growth, would an external certification of accuracy be justified ? Or am i overthinking it and the customer would simply measure the OHM readings v the utility bill ? What happens if these readings differ by >X% consistently ? Would hate for everything to be going stellar then in 18months time the integrity of the product be questioned ?
