BUD could offer control functionality today - that isn't difficult

The reason there isn't control added in is because it is believed Ohm needs to build up in phases:

Phase 1 is actionable data - give clients the details of their utility usage - have buildings engage with their occupants - bring usage data forward as a key item to consider for all concerned - BUD has said it is essential to build this shared understanding and trust first

Phase 2 is add in control as requested - control brings both security issues and of course crystallises changes to the buildings environment - so you need to reassure all parties that the system is not being hacked - and you need to bring the occupants on the journey of controlled changes - I would anticipate this will come on line from 2019 onwards on a client-by-client basis
