Buddy's reach and potential scope is bigger... agreed.
Pretty clear, at least to me, Buddy's scope is far wider. Their data also isn't restricted to just buildings and its environment - their existing clients and clients in the pipeline could be from any industry. That's one of Buddy's key revenue goals - to package and sell the (anonymous) data.
