If you do some digging up you will find Mayne Pharma investor relations manager's pay ($456,627) is almost on par with the pay of the Prim minister of Australia ($549,250). Actual figures might be slightly lower but still easily north of 250K. They should be more engaged in attracting more institutional investors. Well, the lack of institutional investors coming in tells the story on how hard they are working.
I like the potential of this company but the senior management is a joke. I don't know how they can justify taking such high pay for doing below average work. I love to be involved in companies with innovative and enthusiastic management teams. Each communication you hear from them gets you more engaged and interested on the work they do. But with MYX you have depend on hotcopper posters to feel some enthusiasm.
My personal opinion is there needs to be some fresh new people otherwise the true potential of MYX wont be reached. The average shareholder might not be able to create this change but I hope the big players realise this sooner rather than later and start to influence some changes in the management.
PS: just something for people to think about. is E4 just a contraceptive. Can it be used for treating postmenopausal bone loss, if clinical studies in women indicated there is a protective effect on bone. If so just think, the E4 market just doubled.
