Co payments may deter some from accessing medical services for minor ailments but if it's something serious and an MRI is called for I doubt very much if the majority of patients (rebate or not) would baulk at having the test. Any life threatening or serious illness would be the paramount driver in such situations. It's a pity that the budget cuts in the health area are so mean ... downright cruel for those on "Struggle Street".
Medium to long term the future looks very promising for CAJ .
