Treasurer Jim Chalmers has handed down the government's third budget, with a $300 power bill boon for every Australian household, but the purse strings kept tight on other measures. There's pressure to provide cost of living relief on the one hand and pressure not to further fuel inflation on the other.

    MY OPINION

people here know im a conservative so im going to try 'not be bias'

I dont mind it, concern is it is inflationary there is a bit of money being splashed those with home loans [large ones] might be the biggest losers. I would of preferred stage 3 to of not changed so i will continue to vote LNP but overall Jim probably would be a better PM then Albo who is a turning out to be a bit of a clown whilst im going to give Chalmbers credit he has 'talked a lot of Bullshit' but at least he talks 'half' sense some of the time.

Ill also credit Jim where it is due 2nd surplus is a good thing - i give Howard Costello a lot of credit for this im going to keep the same energy for Jim and Albo but the forcast of deficits does dampen the clouds but credit where it is due.

overall the budget is 'ok' no one will be particularly happy but it isnt a disaster

ill get backlash from both ALP and LNP voters but this is my honest opinon
