That's what happens when the opposition 'steals your clothes'. You have no where to go but either agree, & become redundant, or you say the opposite. It's a farcical situation but what's worse are all the rusted on Liberals who just parrot the same answers. At least the WA Liberals are making sense.
The biggest fundamental problem with the budget are the amended S3TC, they put the budget in deficit for a decade, total fiscal irresponsibility. If the income tax was to be cut to such an extent, GST or another tax should have been increased/introduced. Plus it stimulates the economy holding interest rates & mortgage payments higher for longer. Albanese has made the same mistake Rudd did in 2007/8 budget, keeping planned LNP tax cuts that went too far.
