Your first sentence…that’s why I was having a dig at Newman; but it is a worthwhile aim, to get unemployment and underemployment, lower. A lot better for society, social problems, and the budget deficit.
Oh and something hardly any press have mentioned, the treasury forecasts for commodities was very, very, CONSERVATIVE…..so the budget deficit could end up a lot better, and NO, debt is not a trillion dollars. A good deal less. Percentage of GDP, in the 30’s, so no huge debt crisis.
