Agree triage I don't think there will be anything in it for any small cap solar stocks. Its big money so likely it will go to big business. If anything its a slight negative to renewable energy juniors as they will be competing for the same renewable energy certificates against a government funded project. Interested to find out more about how it will be structured.
Possibly a company like CNX may benefit with CSIRO connections and IP in the clean coal area (don't know much about the CNM technology sorry CK).
