So Fellowes - what you are saying is they have not allowed enough to build 1000 MW worth of solar generation? Are they planning to solicit private equity as well, perhaps, to make up the shortfall? I should point out, that after reading the announcement a few times and talking to people in the industry I realised the program is for 4 power plants of up to 1000 MW in total i.e. approx. 250 MW for each plant. Even so, it seems that on your figures there would still be a shortfall.
