The Budget speech referred to an allocation of $652.5M for the establishment of a Renwable Energy Future Fund.
What is the precise purpose of this fund?
Commentator Mark Simpkin said it was for, "Wind, Solar, and Biomass projects" (no mention of geothermal).

After wading through many pages of budget I'm having difficulty in finding the details. Has anyone found it?
