Health care for the poor I will always support, but I do not agree with the endless and frequent donations of large amounts of taxpayers money to other countries.People are struggling in this country and home ownership has become a ball and chain to the anchor of most, and then there is the ever growing homelessness, many of whom are not alcoholics or mentally ill as in the recent past, the most rapidly growing group consisting of single women aged over fifty. Not nice Australia.
Yesterday $160 million to Vietnam to build a bridge, when they have plans on the table to build their first nuclear power plant, when we probably can't afford to do that either. The world is being brought to a common denominator. The PTB give no credence to the sacrifice and integrity of our past and present citizens.
