Hey LUM employess (I am sure you are all reading this), you might want to start asking Rod if your employee entitlements will be safe if LUM ends up going under. I am sure his and his family's are - they already sold down some a while ago and who knows what they have arranged on the side. Trust, honesty and integrity - the backbone to doing business.
