Don't worry about cost of infrastructure spending as don't think it's going to happen,well not anytime soon.
The govt has meetings/talkfests on even smallfry stuff so imagine how drawnout things are going to get before any real construction is even started.
Perhaps they might get the ball rolling,if they can still afford it,allowing for blowout costs,closer to the next election.
