Yes, I'm pretty sure the greens regret the decision to block Rudd's ETS. However it did lead to the implementation of the carbon tax a few years later, which they supported.

Which was in place for only 2 years - resulting in a temporary reduction in carbon emissions - before it was removed by Abbott in the most regressive, negative and backward move this country has ever made. And now what do we have? Increased emissions, increased electricity prices, and the libs just keep beating the drum at the head of the coal bandwagon.

Now we have an unprecedented amount of investment in new solar parks all around the country in spite of a lack of leadership and an unclear investment environment. Imagine what we could achieve with a little clarity?
