Never count your chickens before they hatch in this industry. Plenty of smart money kicked the CVN story on this and didn’t buy it. Is the expected oil there? Will the PSC signing and subsequent approvals go smoothly? Will the TL govt. then behave? Will CVN successfully execute outside it’s established competencies? Will the poo hold? Will funding be done favorably?
I am keen on Buffalo, but I respect that I am ignorant on many important aspects. Fortunately as the sp has never captured it I don’t need to worry about being a fool treading where angels wouldn’t.
