Agree that Buffalo (if the oil is there) will be a very good short term project that (as with Dorado) should be uneffected by the eventual phase out of oil from many current uses. Agree also that some riskier projects you identified might nevertheless find it more challenging even if also short term.
Disagree though that Buffalo has just gone down in value 20%. Investment valuations by oil companies don’t track the short term moves in the poo that closely, they do take a longer view.
