Dont know if ENI could b bothered as they had their PSC signed off in April 2013 for JPDA 11-106 where the K-1 well is planned. This permit surrounds their Kitan PSC (06-105). I hope for CVN the terms for Buffalo are same as that ENI were given 5% royalty, cost recovery, profit share of 60-40 & Tax. Dont know if ENI will use the MD rig for the abandonment for Kitan which went offline in mid Dec 2015 after pumping 25 mmbbls.
