Maybe ENI know something we don't re ratification, or maybe they've just decided to go ahead anyway because the Mariner is due at K on the 7th, very early doors, and the rig"s pop up is showing ETA at Kupang ( Indonesian Timor) on the 14th. I doubt that is its destination as the announcement in Offshore Energy Today suggests otherwise. We shall see.

Ya: Yes! the announcement is for a one well drill at K1. No mention of other work at Kitan.
