The reporter who wrote the piece used the "Buffett bullish" statement in the article heading, so I put it in the heading of the HC post. I also made the comment that it "seemed" to be a turn around on the previous 180 comment, especially for Britain. Bear in mind that the German stock market is down by half in half a year and the election is over. Along with the Blair statement out of the way and the one year anniversary of the 911 bounce being in place, it seemed to me that the bullish case was worth looking at, so I put up a few posts yesterday and bought some stock.
