Correct my friend. Since when was the "length of service" of a poster on HotCopper the litmus test for successful investing and valuable insights?

On another note, how many of you bought in at say around 14 cents based on Buffett's movements? Be honest..if not with us here then with yourselves. You have been warned a copious number of times about this by many posters.

Kind of makes me think of item (h) on Hot Copper's terms of use.....any have I not posted before that everyone and I mean EVERYONE needs to be well aware of their obligations under RG 162 when using this and any IDS. My view is that more than one poster is on thin ice.

Alas, it was an interesting day for CER on the ASX. Tight trading range and probalby some fearful/cautionary selling. Probably by those who bought in at 14 cents.

I admit the wording of the Ivnestor Services response was very curious. Still I maintain there will be no distribution. In fact here are my predictions for tomorrow:


No distribution (maybe, big maybe for scrip, say 0.5 cent)
NTA steady or down slightly (property write-downs vs. hedge write ups)
LVR up moderately
Underlying Earnings up 10-12%
Occupancy in the US down slightly
Occupancy in AUS up by 0.1%
