WOT buffet was VERY wrong. he said CER would drop it didn't. He said VPG would drop while it did it wasn't for the reason he indicated at all eg comming out of some index no one knows about the All Australian ASX 200 rather then the ASX 200(which they where dropped out of in march).

No Dividend announcement clearly brought the price down. That should be no surpise the fact its gone down .5c at this stage is good for VPG and would have indicated without this news we would have seen a positive close as did CER.
